1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be confirmed with valid contact information and payment details. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may result in a partial or no refund. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

3. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their behavior and must avoid any actions that disturb others. Damages to hotel property caused by the guest may result in additional charges.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Valid government-issued ID is required for all guests during check-in.
